If you walk around with a mobile device that has both Wi-Fi and cellular connectivity, you want the signal to hand off transparently between those networks. That handoff market is hot right now, and a Sunnyvale, California-based startup said Monday that its new router can save enterprises “up to 60 percent” in cellular charges.
