Still here and still trying.

I’ve been on the grind trying to figure out the backend of the site and am realizing that its pretty hard.  The front end isn’t really tough more creatively driven, but that backend…..

Ohhh, boy.

I am trying to design a serverside aggregator that will deposit the content into customizable categories  and attempting to implement some sort of UGC interface.  The script I believe I have somewhat done, the UGC?  Well, not really finished, alright you caught me I havent started that part yet.

Its that darn database I can’t quite figure out.  Do I create multiples or one.  How big do I make them, etc….

Also, on the aggregator I can design one that would work on a desktop, of course since this is my first foray into web design I dont know how to implement it on a server.  If anyone knows how to go about doing this please let me know.

On a lighter note tonight is my first class with the web design guy I found on craigslist.  I will let you guys know how that turns out.
